Customize your Snake-Plot by different colors for the receptor regions,
mutated residues of annotations or leave the colors as default .

To change the color:

  • select the box next to each selection (e.g. Transmembrane Helices)
  • use the colorwheel to select the main color and define it in the middle box
    by dragging the pointer
